Abbie is the Front of House at LVL5 Llandudno, where she focuses on creating a genuinely welcoming, community-driven atmosphere from the moment members walk in. She wants the gym to feel like a place people look forward to somewhere supportive, motivating, and inclusive. She takes pride in making every visit a positive experience. She has been training for about four years, which has taught her the value of consistency, patience, and mindset. Fitness has shaped both her physical and mental health, so she understands the challenges members face and aims to bring encouragement, energy, and genuine understanding to support them through their journey. Outside the gym, Abbie is usually working on cars or enjoying anything motorsport-related, from track days to race weekends. Staying active is a big part of her life too. If she’s not lifting, she’s out hiking and exploring new places to unwind and keep moving.

For Brayden, movement is his medicine; he commits to at least one form of exercise every single day as part of his lifestyle and identity. His sporting background includes years of rugby and CrossFit, both of which continue to influence his training philosophy and the purposeful way he develops himself as an athlete. Coach/Personal Trainer

Jackie became a coach and personal trainer because she is passionate about helping people discover what they’re truly capable of. Especially those who are brand-new to the gym and unsure where to begin. Nothing motivates her more than seeing someone build confidence, strength, and a genuine belief in themselves. Her approach is rooted in a holistic view of health. She believes that real, sustainable progress comes from balancing the body and mind, and she understands how important factors like hormone health, stress, and lifestyle habits are in achieving long-term wellness. Whether she’s guiding someone through their firstworkout or helping them elevate their training with a more mindful, balanced routine, Jackie’s goal is always the same, to empower people to feel strong, capable, and at home in their own bodies. When Jackie isn’t coaching, you’ll usually find her outdoors hiking with her dog, Cypress, and exploring new places whenever she gets the chance to travel. She values spending meaningful time with friends and family, and she loves the balance that those connections bring to her life. Jackie also runs her own Airbnb, which allows her to share a sense of comfort and adventure with others.
